1 Definitions and Interpretation

"Platform" refers to the jeetbd website accessible at jeetbd.pro and all sub-pages, services, APIs, and mobile-optimised interfaces associated with it. "Player" or "Member" means any individual who has successfully registered an account on the Platform. "Account" means the registered player account created by a Member to access jeetbd services. "Balance" means the total BDT funds held in a Player's jeetbd account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any credited bonus funds (subject to applicable wagering requirements). "Bonus Funds" are promotional credits added to a Player's account that carry specific wagering conditions before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.

Where the context permits, references to "jeetbd" include its operators, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers. These Terms are to be read in conjunction with any game-specific rules, promotional terms, and the jeetbd Privacy Policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement between jeetbd and each registered Member.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use jeetbd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform in any capacity.
• You must be an individual natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated registrations are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or contact details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended jeetbd account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or third-party exclusion that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling services.

jeetbd reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason, and to conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) on any existing Member at any time. Enhanced due diligence may include requests for government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3 Account Management and Security

Each Member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) credentials associated with their jeetbd account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members. jeetbd will treat any individual who successfully authenticates using your credentials as you, and will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jeetbd support immediately at [email protected]. jeetbd may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security breach.

Members must keep their registered personal details — including email address, mobile number, and payment method information — up to date at all times. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay withdrawal processing and could result in account suspension pending verification.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

jeetbd supports the following BDT payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment partners, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank, may be available from time to time subject to availability.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of the platform and may be updated at jeetbd's discretion. Deposits are credited to your jeetbd balance promptly upon confirmation of the payment transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your own name that has previously been used for a deposit on your account. Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed the standard identity verification process and any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been fulfilled. jeetbd aims to process withdrawal requests for verified accounts within two to five business days, although processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. jeetbd reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above ৳50,000 as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

Currency: All account balances, transactions, bets, and payouts on jeetbd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency transactions are accepted directly through the platform.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jeetbd offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered on the jeetbd platform unless otherwise specified:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Each promotional offer is available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.
• jeetbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculations, jeetbd's records shall be considered definitive.
• Certain game categories (for example, live dealer tables, specific jackpot slots) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.

6 Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

jeetbd is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all Members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game logic, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or technical malfunction in the jeetbd platform for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable software error may be voided by jeetbd.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through your jeetbd account.
• Accessing or attempting to access jeetbd using a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.
• Opening multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using the details of another person, in order to claim multiple bonuses or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jeetbd staff, support agents, or other Members through any communication channel.

Where jeetbd detects or reasonably suspects any of the above conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account(s), void all associated bets and bonuses, and withhold or forfeit the account balance pending investigation. jeetbd also reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities where legally required.

7 Game Rules and Betting

All games available on jeetbd are provided by third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own specific rules as presented within the game interface. Players are advised to familiarise themselves with the applicable game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and paytable information before wagering real money.

For sports betting markets, including cricket betting covering the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to confirmation.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed as scheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with jeetbd's current cricket betting rules, which are available within the sports betting section of the platform.
• Live (in-play) bets are placed at the Player's own risk. Network delays or communication errors that affect the timing of a live bet submission are the Player's responsibility. jeetbd will not void settled live bets on the basis of a Player's connectivity issues.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may be adjusted by jeetbd at any time.

jeetbd's game servers and sports betting systems record all bet placements, game outcomes, and account transactions. In the event of a dispute, jeetbd's server records shall be the primary reference and shall be considered definitive unless a demonstrable system error can be established.

8 Responsible Gaming

jeetbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing our Members with the tools they need to manage their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Members:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon being lowered; requests to raise limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that notify them of elapsed session time during gameplay.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion of 30, 60, or 90 days, or a permanent self-exclusion, by contacting jeetbd support. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications can be enabled to remind players of their session duration and total wagered amounts.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeetbd and its operators, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the jeetbd platform or any of its services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its features due to maintenance, technical failure, or events outside jeetbd's reasonable control.
• Any loss of data, including account history or transaction records, resulting from a technical failure.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information or content published on the jeetbd platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jeetbd's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10 Account Closure and Termination

You may request the closure of your jeetbd account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any withdrawable real-money balance (i.e., cleared funds not subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to successful identity verification.

jeetbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity administration fee of ৳200, deducted from any remaining real-money balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated).

11 Amendments to These Terms

jeetbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Members via email or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform at the time of next login. The amended Terms will take effect from the date of publication at jeetbd.pro/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the jeetbd platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10 above.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or your use of the jeetbd platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jeetbd operates. In the event of a dispute, jeetbd encourages Members to first contact our support team at [email protected] so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally and in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction. jeetbd will cooperate fully with any lawful regulatory inquiry or investigation relating to a Member's account or to the platform's operations.
